Flaming and racism aren't part of the game at all. They are just ways some people behave, and not all ways some people behave are appropriate in all environments.

I think removing negative attitude report option would be a good solution. Anything and everything can be painted as "negative attitude". Really the only toxicity that shouldb't be allowed are racism, harrasment, and things that directly influence gameplay like flame. A little passive aggressiveness should be allowed, and I definitely should not be reported for telling a 0-6 rammus bot to stop trolling.

Most of the time when I come into threads like this I see a long-winded, but ultimately fundamentally flawed point about toxicity being natural, or a positive, etc....
But not this time. This time I got the truth - someone just wants to be a jerk and feels like we should just let them be a jerk. Props to you for not hiding your true intent OP.
