So why is it that I get a chat ban for being pushed to the point where I have to say something. Then games I play after I get yell at for not being in every lane helping at the same time like it was my fault they lost the lane and not only my team flames me but so does the enemy team why isn't there a button to turn off everyone typing instead I have to turn them off individually but often forget that is a thing since they make you mad so fast because it happens every game. I am nice and say we can win just farm and play it out and then I get a teammate or to spamming /ff and saying we lost we cant win over and over again. I just want to see a settings option to remove people from chatting altogether or at least let me hide my chat without having to go through the league of legends properties.

Because you never have to say something, unless someone's in your house, holding a gun to your head. The bottom line is your chat is your responsibility - you need to have self control to either not be negative, or not type at all.

I just want to see a settings option to remove people from chatting altogether or at least let me hide my chat without having to go through the league of legends properties.

Riot is not going to implement tools to enable players to opt out of team communication fully.

Type /mute all. You don't have to do it individually. You gotta have some thick skin to play jungle lol. Everyone's so fucking mean and unrealistic in their expectations of junglers. I imagine you DO get flamed nearly every game. Just keep in mind, all you can do is mute and report them. Sure you can attempt to rationalize, but it will quickly turn into an argument that you MUST not continue, or else your account will get punished, as you can see.
