I got Leaverbuster message but it was just a minor disconnect.

I posted on general discussion, no answer. I posted on ask the community, no answer. This starting to feel like they don't care especially people who got banned for not doing anything wrong. This system is flawed...absolute joke.

I got a warning leaverbuster which is bullshit. I didn't leave the game. I got disconnected by AT&T happened once today. Once yesterday, once few days ago. Doesn't happen too often though. I came back on time and won the game. My team being friendly and understand so there's that, no big deal. At least it's not ranked. I would only play ranked if the connection is perfect which I still have perfect connection now. Until after the game, I got a leaverbuster message saying I left the game on purpose like I didn't leave on purpose. My question is how would they know it was only a minor disconnect issue and not leaverbuster? I need to know how this system work. I don't want to get banned or get 5,10,20,30 minutes wait just because I get disconnected for few minutes. Also according the my match history, it says victory, not leave so why would I get a message?

The first leave on an account always gives a warning. It's not an accusation or prelude to a punishment. They just want to make sure you understand you are expected to play out any game you start.

That said, Riot does understand there may be unexpected disruptions and emergencies. You have to show a pattern of leaving and/or AFKing before you even reach the 5min penalty. There's leeway to account for that.

People who complain about getting banned after a power outage or client crash always have a history of leaving, going afk, or trying to do just enough to look like they're not AFK and the crash was simply the last straw.

Once per day is actually quite frequently.. but a warning is just that - a warning.

I recommend not playing any matchmade games until you fix the issue, or you do risk getting punished if you are disconnected more.
