So Let Me Get This Clear About The Feedback System.

Basically, it's been 3 weeks maybe more or less, around there. I've been playing co-op vs AI, lately I've been getting an overwhelming amount of bots in parties and other solo ones. I've been reporting these since I've gotten them and noticed most times they have default summoner spellssummoner 6 summoner 7 and that which is obvious and then they go feed in mid-lane most times.Also let me mention they use the terms "Push, GJ, Frozen, WTF and some more single terms randomly in the game." So let me get this clear. I've reported well over 10-15 range, no feedback what so ever, even ones that date back week ago and then you take the time to read my one reported and it had a bit of "anger" in it, and instantly a 14 day suspension. So it's okay, for people to create bots and ruin the game mode and community, but it's not okay for a single report with some hate in it towards a person who was apart of the problem and helping bots and basically throwing. Took the time to ban me and let bots roam freely without care or anything. I get the 14 days for saying just less than a couple of swears. Alright Riot, I don't know what happened to the older staff members who used to do the reports and always be active who took thorough time to investigate. I legitimately don't get how it functions because clearly, I must be heavily in the wrong for that 1 report out of the total of 15, that had a swear in it. I'd care to note that this report that earned me 14 days had 0, none racial, sexual being homophobic comments in it. I'm trying to also find a questionable reason why there is a 13+ requirement and swear filter, when it comes to reports it's not possible to censor and even then I get the report needs to be fully shown not to miss any details, but every swears time to time even in rage, there is no perfect person that has never done it, someone adventually cracks and rages. So the one time I do, it's a heavy punishment of all possibilities. Also this SUSPENSION, seems to be rushed. I was suspended less than 30 seconds after it was submitted, so I find it was improperly handled. Do reports even show the game stats only, or a replay of it? That's ridiculous if not, because then reports are meaning nothing other than an assumption by staff and don't show what really happened. I want my side shown in the game and his, so this is completely unfair in any aspect it is shown. Look at the game footage of my last one and you'll obviously see it from the start. P.S It sends something out if a bot hits 20 deaths, but even at 40 minutes in, most bots achieve 18 or less deaths so it's a pointless system to have. I was going to submit a ticket in support instead but then I realize it told me to redirect to here.

TL;DR 1/15 , one report gets the heavy punishment of 14 days over a couple (1-3) swears, and that my reports mean nothing, i get no feedback and also basically bots get to do whatever without punishment, ruin games, new players playing intermediate with level 30s. I see same bots once or twice in a week, still enough for me to notice they don't get a remotely harsh or any punishment visible to impact them in anyway.

It's possible that reports for botting would be manually investigated and banned. You will never receive a notification of that. You only receive a notification when your report triggers the Instant Feedback System to punish a player.

As for your own behavior, that is not connected to what they are doing at all, it is only on you. Punishments for chat offenses usually start with a chat restriction on the 4-tier system here;

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

It's very difficult to get to a ban for most people, because minor offenses go through each step one at a time first. Only extreme behavior such as using hate speech or making threats of physical violence result in skipping straight to a ban; simply "cursing" is not a big issue unless you are directing it at other players in an offensive manner. Also, bots do not report you; this would've been from you causing problems for other real players. Even if you are targeting a troll or a bot, you may be causing problems for other people, and even if your intended target deserves punishment for their behavior, it's Riot that will do the punishing, not you. Please mute and report them and let the system take care of them. Even if your report alone does not trigger a punishment, if you are making valid reports then it will contribute to it later.

Yes. Literally Ass-Backwards. Problem is we don't have any transparency into Riot Support.

I might be that they get rewarded for number of toxic players they identify, and so are working form some of quota system. Literally nobody knows.

However, what we do know is that the truly toxic players are slowly getting away with it more and more, and innocent people are getting punished for ludicrous nonsense.
