I got temporarly ban for posts cuz i revealed summoner name of one player like that, but will he get punishment? Have anyone ever got feedback for reporting someone and confirmation about his punishment? ty

Also boosting is legal, as in you don't break any laws with it (you cannot go to jail for it for example). But, it's against the EULA and TOU, so Riot will take action against that if they know you're guilty.

Myrmiron2 votesAs far as I know Riot doesn't immediately permaban you for boosting. They take away all season achievements you have had in the past and ban you for 14 days, and you cannot earn season achievements this season as farm as I know.
And yes, he will get punished if Riot finds evidence for your claims.
