You spent the entire log harassing somebody and capped it off with homophobic hate speech, which Riot holds a zero-tolerance policy for. There's not much to discuss here, you flagrantly broke the rules and got banned for it.

The way other people are playing the game is not license for you to use hate speech or half the other nasty chat you are. I suggest you either stop chatting or clean up your act, because your next punishment will be a permanent ban.

I seem to recall reading these full logs earlier this week.... While it's understandable to be upset, it is not understandable to repeatedly harass a teammate with homophobic slurs, or to say most of the things you said to him beginning about halfway through the logs.
