Dear Riots

How is my account MMR Boosting? I main Xin zhao Jungle, I dont even has good winning % on all champions, few of my most recent game that I won is because enemy team had afk or d/c players.

Riot please check and verify, I played in my house, with almost Xin zhao all games.

I dropped from Gold to Silver, now climb back to Silver 1, not even in promo yet, got lucky with few games then follow with a ban?

These boosting suspension are never just about your recent games played and it looks like they got you for getting boosting earlier in the ranked season. Looking at your ranked games this year there is something strange going on with your Summoner Spells early in the season.

I just used the Riot Games match history site and took a look at their games during the entire season and found some signs early in the ranked season where it looks like some else was playing on this account.

one of the few "unwarranted ban" threads I've seen that actually looks legitimate. just gotta wait for them to respond to your ticket, i guess. good luck though

The only thing I see is the HUGE rise in MMR the last few days of the season, but looking at the match history nothing changed... Smn skill keybinds early in the season plausibly could be someone else playing, or it could be him trying something new... not sure about this one. Let us know the result!

You go on these huge win or loss streaks that might be throwing up a red flag to the automated software. Submit ticket and see what happens.

Well I just got a respond, and I think it says, we think you are MMR Boosting than "your are", no need to give you any reason nor evidence.

Boost what , Boost where? oh please..

By the way this respond is almost the same email you guys send me when suspending my account, it doesn't say nothing.

"Hello Aandy,

Your suspension was only issued after an extensive investigation was run to ensure your involvement in MMR boosting. As explained in the email you received in response to your suspension, the following actions have been taken on your account:

-A two-week suspension has been issued to your account. -All previous Season rewards (Victorious skins, borders, season icons, season ward skins) have been stripped from your account. -You are ineligible for any 2015 Season rewards

While you may feel that this punishment is too harsh, please realize that having accounts boosted, for whatever reason, ruins the spirit of League of Legends competitive play. While you are ineligible for any rewards in the 2015 Season, this does not disqualify you for anything pertaining to the 2016 Season. Keep in mind that if you have any future involvement in MMR boosting, your account will be permanently suspended.

If you think you have been wrongfully banned, your best bet is to submit a ticket. Reds rarely answer here, and no one else here can help you.

Could I please get a definition of what MMR boosting is exactly to Riot?

1.) I understand having anyone else play your account is illegal.

. However players can use Team Viewer to get around this.

. It also leaves open the possibility to get banned for boosting if logging in from someone else IP address even though Riot says it won't.

. Players can rapidly go up or down based off a number of education some players can master or learn new champions easy for example this season I learned a lot more, and if I ever do play again next season if this lame suspension is lifted I will have new tricks and a new experience to actually play my mid/top lane roles better from learning some things I previously did not know about league from their education videos.

2.) What I don't understand however when reading thees type of things, is playing a game with a higher tier player illegal, or playing with your brother, sister, or friends who carry people to other ranks is this also deemed as boosting?

Yeah, it can take a while to get a response. The best you can do is be patient.
