Inting in a game where half the team afked the rest agreed open mid and received a suspension?

So I’m playing a blind pick in silver and I decided to play Gragas. I asked my bot Vayne and Nami to leash me a they were a duo queue. Vayne ended up stealing my red buff so me being the bigger player decided it’s okay and pinged them to help me do golems. They both immediately afked so I decided might as well do whatever until the game can be remade right? Nah, remaking wasn’t an option because they actually played until the remake window point, so 10 minutes later I have a good 9 deaths they decide to reconnect the game is way past the point of no return. Anivia is actually laning in mid so i just completely avoided twisted fate the enemy mid. Let her lane . The Yasuo had began feeding as well 1/4running in the enemy teams topside jungle sitting in bushes had already given up. Could not be clearer that it was a gg next game. Anivia died once and started executing herself to jungle camps and bot came back 10 minutes into the game and immediately died multiple times then ran around in base. The whole team was inting but for whatever reason my account which has never even been chat banned. Level 5 honor got a 14 day suspension. I’m asking if you think that’s fair or not ?Cause I sure as hell don’t.
