Falsely banned for no reason.

ok so one day when I was going to login to the game a text appeared saying I had used script within a game.. The thing is, i have never used scripts on my whole life and I don't even know how to download scripts.. I have wasted 500$ on this account and i refuse to get banned without a reason. An admin called "Battlethirst of Chaos" said that riot detected a script within my game even though I didn't use scripts.. I would really like someone to help me out since im not guilty and i really want my account back. My ign is HeroTails on EUW

Riot is super secretive about how scripters are detected. Which makes sense, because they don't want to inform scripters of their detection methods and risk people circumventing the system. But the result is that people like you claim to be falsely banned, and Riot virtually never expands on their reasons for doing it. I'm sure most people complaining are in fact guilty, but the lack of transparency makes innocent people worried about their own accounts.

I get you dude, but like i have never been afraid of being banned since i've never really done anything weird/illegal but then when i got suspended i got really shocked..

Aside from submitting a support ticket there's not much else you can do.

Try submitting as much information as you can about your computer, your OS, filesystem, game folder, etc. I have no idea what information would be helpful, maybe registry or logged records of what programs ran or were running on the machine.

It might help to ask them to help you check if the account was used from another location as far back as several months, in which case it could have been someone else hacking you and using a script.

According to scripters I've spoken with here on the boards (they've reformed and were simply talking about scripting), "scripting is easy" so not knowing where to download them is not exactly a stellar alibi.

Mistakes on Riot's script detection system are rare, but on the off-chance that this was unjust I hope you do get a manual review.

If you get a bot response all you have to do is keep replying and you will get to a real person to help you.

Thanks dude i really appreciate the help, but the thing is those kalista games really may have seemed as if i scripted haha but that's only because i have gotten so used to kiting that whatever i do I always auto and press the button a which is a good combo for kalista since she hops around when auto attacking! I have done this over 200times with twitch so i'm quite used to that.

So u went from never playing Kalista (who is one of hardest ADCs) to dominating with her in first games and your PC got detected for scripting. I smell bs. And u suddenly went from never passing 5 CS per minute to 7 CS per minute.

but look that may seem weird haha but the thing was that I was on a winning streak and I got around 200k points with twitch meaning i know how to kite. the opponent wasn't good which made it even more easier you need to believe me! And i had a bard support who helped me a lot

Well, maybe I'm better with Twitch lol, but the thing is, the first time I played Twitch I went 0/12 and then the second game I went 31/1 and the third 29/0..

if you truly didn't do it, reply to Battlethirst of Chaos and ask to be transfered to the fraud dept and check for account compromises.

Fraud DEParTment. Dept, not Depth.

Basically people that checks for hacks and cheats. There is a possibly that your account got hacked and used to test scripts.

all i have see right now is from the 100 cases for scripting only the 1 was real...

They have inappropriately banned accounts for 3rd party use before. As others have mentioned, write in a support ticket.

Well hang in there. If it truly was a mistake then I'm sure it'll be resolved. The system is pretty accurate, from what I've heard.

If there was a mistake they won't be too proud. They admitted to mistakes in the past and fixed them accordingly.

well ok thanks, I hope they fix it. Even my friends thought i scripted but now when we played in the same room I legit 1v4'd them (alistar,olaf,Bard and Fiora) and finally they believed me.

I'm with you on hating their intentional vagueness of what exactly got you banned, but it is kept that way to avoid script creators from understanding the mistakes and fixing them.

That's a pretty bad business model to ban innocent people.

TBH... Ur CS was really bad at the start of the season like 2-3 sometimes 4... All season and even last season then. All of a sudden 2 weeks later ur CS is hitting 7 and 8 and what not. Nahh i smell something fishy here

was that in normals or in ranked? Because I've improved so much only during these last couple of months and it's far more easier farming with kalista dude, why wouldi script anyways? I wouldn't be able to keep my pride as the "best" in our class if im scripting like for real I didn't spend around 500 hours just with Rengar just to get banned.

I got banned too, I haven't played in about a month. But for some reason someone, who really likes Orianna, decided to get into my account and hack.
