Bots in Co-OP Vs. AI

I've been queuing cop vs AI games a lot so that I get the 1st win at around the same time every day so I can get that out of the way, and then play other game modes. Things usually work out but I'm seeing a lot of bots.

The general behavior of the bots is as follows:

No communication in chat or champion select screen, and they try to jungle. They often log in to the game late, which makes me think they're coming from a country with connection issues. They then proceed to one of the jungle camps and start with wolves or gromp and just die. If a buff is up they try to solo that and die. They don't have smite and if you queue as a jungler and take their buff they just go and stand where the buff is even after it's dead. If you steal their buff they just stand there.

I just had a game with an Ashe and Nocturne and I saw the Ashe just walk to gromp, die, walk to enemy blue buff, die at least 3 or 4 times. I then saw both of these bots go to drake, die. This happened 3 times. Both the bots took heal and ghost.

I tried explaining this to the other human player in the game and he or she didn't understand the idea and I was told that it's normal to have bots in a bot game. I was almost on the verge of losing it with the human player but I didn't want to waste any more time talking to somebody like that so I just muted them.

I reported the 2 accounts, but I see this happening in a lot of games. Usually bot games are stomps, so people don't notice the jungle garen that's just dying repeatedly.

Since it's EU West people don't expect everyone to communicate, so that doesn't really concern anybody.

Hackers are using these accounts to farm essence and sell them, and I believe it's in Riot's best interests to stop this. It also dampens the experience for other human players and beginners. The presence of these bots prolongs games.

I don't play much ARAM but bots are a problem there too.
