Riot needs to adjust their banning system in champ select

So, I am in queue for ranked in my pathetic elo because I want to move up obviously. But well, after listening to a lot of advice from streamers and pro-players I decided to pick a champ to carry in whatever role I had picked.

So when a match is found, there are 2 people who pick jungler champs with smite AND lock in. When I asked the one who had "Bot" assigned to him, why he did not select an adc, he said he wanted to be a jungler and did not know why he got "Bot". So I ask him, did you select "fill" as your secondary role and he replied "I dunno".

Seriously?

The thing is, one of the junglers was udyr and the other reksai and the rest of the team could not convince one of them to go to a lane. When it was my turn to pick, I did not know what to do because obviously this game was going to be extremely weird with two junglers in ranked ESPECIALLY in my elo. So, without knowing what to do, I get perplexed, the timer expires and I get a 5 minute ban.

Honestly riot? I am supposed to take the fall just because I get paired with people who cannot speak english or understand english and pick random champions and refuse to adjust with the rest of the team? Is this even justified?

Note: before someone thinks of downvoting or saying something extremely harsh and vulgar against me (happens frequently in my elo), please think about this situation by putting yourself in my place.

What's wrong with two jungles? I mean, there's the left jungle and the right jungle right? :P

But seriously, if that was the cause of your indecision you should have just picked a strong solo laner, someone good at clearing waves and/or harassing and assumed that one of your junglers would stop being an idiot at some point and join a lane.

  1. pick someone that has good waveclear and can be flexed between roles. Support Ashe is a thing you know.
  2. play safe, don't die
  3. learn to last hit under tower (2 towers + 1 AA for melees minions, 1tower + 2 AA for caster minions)
  4. let the double jungle roam around and do their thing
  5. engage when they double gank your lane
  6. don't die
  7. ???
  8. Profit

If you don't know what to do in these situations, it just means that you need to learn the game a bit more. This is the perfect scenario to learn how to freeze a lane. Look up youtube videos on how to do that. Look at LCS games where they lane swap and the top lane holds their weight.

In a 2v1 situation, CSing is a privilage. Your most important task is to not fall behind on EXP and don't die. It also may mean that you need to start with an upgraded refillable potion instead of your normal starting items.

It sucks but just play each game out. Anything can happen in solo queue. Do your thing and let the rest work itself out. If someone warrants a report, report them and move on.
