please read only one used curse word was mentioned and it was to point of my allies for talking disrepectfuly and harrassing the ban system needs to be improved regardless out of 7 years in the past month received 3 of these not saying they all werent earned but i cant get any where with honor lvls or hextech crafting cuz childish trolls thanks you

You seem to be berating your teammates a lot in this, and it seems as though you were mocking other players and their lack of game knowledge; telling them they didn't know what they were doing. At one point you said "nah i like making 14 yr olds rage" which if I were reviewing your game, makes it obvious you were purposely trying to tilt your teammates. It looks like the punishment is kinda deserved on this one

They were premades bud, AND he really didn’t say anything bad. You’re part of the problem

I banter with my friends with premade teams too. I don't get reported. If your premade group is reporting you, then you really need to establish with them that your are joking, or understand that they don't like your jokes and you should stop.

I honestly do think he said stuff that was "bad". Just because your not cursing, doesn't mean you arn't saying degrading things.

He's posted his chat logs on a public board in order to get public opinions. Saying I'm part of the problem for reading through the thread and giving him my honest opinion is ignorant, and frankly, encouraging no responses to those who are wanting assessment.

^ TLDR; You're being rude to OP. He wants people's opinions, don't shun me for giving him mine.

also to prove the chat logs doesnt do much, the problem iss quoting only the offending person and not all chat logs, it doesnt help resolve the premade issues or misunderstanding from teamates or even the whole course of action taken from the game , now this is a stretch but even according to law u have the right to defend yourself now this is a game but you shouldnt have to bite your tongue and put up with accumulated nonesense because someone has their friends around

I agree with you, only be able to show your side of the chat logs and not the whole chat log can severely misconstrue the overall atmosphere of the original conversation. However, in relation to your reference of law, your posting you chat log to the public. As a civil citizen, I'm not allowed to see all of the evidence on a specified case, nor am I allowed to know how they defendant defends themselves during the case, I'm only allowed to know what the case is about and the final judgement.

Riot, in this case the judge and jury, are the ones that go over all of the case notes and devise what punishment is appropriate for the offense. Further more, you already accepted their terms and services in order to play the game, so if the decided today to ban every single League players accounts, we would all have to accept it. You've already agreed to their contract, similar to saying "I will speak the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth" in court, and if you decide to not bite your tongue, your case will be thrown out.

Ultimately, there's only three reasons to create a thread about one's ban/suspension/punishment.

  1. You are mad, and are simply venting out your frustration.
  2. You are unsure of the adequacy of the punishment, and are looking to the public to explain the situation from their view.
  3. You feel as though you are being treated unfairly by Riot and are unable to communicate with Riot in order to fix the problem.

Of the three stated reasons, I have seen a lot of no. 1 & 2. I have only ever seen one case of the third, in which case the person created a thread only because they had tried for hours to rectify the situation with Riot Support, stopped receiving reply's, and posted a thread as a last resort, which was then answered and dealt with by riot employee's with 20 minutes.

If you are genuinely wanting to solve your situation, I suggest creating a support ticket and plea your case to someone who has all of the information.

i never got a response from my report ticket, and many people that twitch stream, youtube, upload, and other players that legitimitly enjoy this game and how they have said how the tribunal and ban system has been flawed since the revision in the past two season and im not upset about it just felt the need to reach out to see if i can get a dev to respond or atleast talk to me about how and why this situation was handled like it has been and if they do have the full conversation and review of the game to enforce the penalty i just wanna know the exact consequences that caused this ban because everyone has mixed reviews on whats not ok and what is ok in game to receive a penalty maybe they can highlight or emphasize what was done wrong or how to prevent from coming to a msunderstanding with teamates and or with devs so that way mistakes or the smallest insult like calling someone a child (if your parents are alive you still are a child) compared to saying get cancer shouldnt be the same penalty or severity lol

i agree with both on this but its the abuse from premades just cuz i said i wanna see a 14 yr old rage cuz he was also being toxic, harrassive, and abusive languaged (which isnt shown) in game even being unsuccessful on getting a reaction out of me he got one out of himself how is that fair to me? when i was conversating with half of his premade on a non chalant topic to show that being disrespectful and rude wont get u a good reaction from other players hence making this community better
