Hacking Blitzcrank

We just played a game and we versed a blitzcrank, I was graves jg and everytime i would gank he would legit just pull me lvl 4 and do about 400 damage with his q. I thought that was weird and continued on to my game. I was in a call with Our ADC and Support. About 20 minutes into the game our midlaner said that blitz "Might be using a damage modifier". I was confused but started to believe after blitz killed our draven and he told me the damage recap. His q did 1800 damage. About 40 minutes into the game he ulted our draven and said that static field did 5k damage. Here i am writing this post
