Permabanned, no warning? no e-mail?

I went to log into my league of legends account today, and got a pop up saying "player banned, this account has been permanently suspended...". I am never toxic, have never recieved any warning of toxicity or have been chat restricted. My account "blakamo", that i created almost 2 months ago, doesn't have a bad win rate or anything. I honestly have no idea why my account was banned and was not given a reason why either. How do I find out why my account was banned?

Your account was compromised, and locked to protect your account. You need to write in to get it unlocked.

can u tell me why i got perm for no reason as well?

is mine the same reason because i got a ticket from riot about account recovery but i already have access to the account and never lost it..

regardless i filled the recovery form out

First, make sure that email is legit. (Double check sender)

And while you may have had your account, there was a security issue with some third party site that jeopardized LoL accounts a few months ago. Usually these go in waves. Hope you get what you need soon.

You'll need to send in a support ticket and talk to the Riot staff: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/requests/new

Be patient and wait for the email. Contact support. Perhaps try logging in again, usually prompts a screen with info.

happened to me aswell....

i got a account recovery ticket to fill out from riot support - im not sure if they think i got hacked and dont realize i just wanna be unbanned? we'll see what happens

i climbed from bronze 3 to plat 3 on it in 30 days.... all for nothing i guess... so im working on my other account to get back to where i was i guess...
