I got hacked and then suspended...

So on Saturday January 2nd, I got off at 2AM PST. All was fine as far as I knew. 11 hours later, I logged on and suddenly I have a 14 day suspension. The reasoning was a game I supposedly had played and I was shown the chat coming from me. But it wasn't from me. It was this hacker saying that this team was really bad, that he's a god, that his dad works at Riot, etc etc. I sent a support ticket instantly, including my IP information and all that. 3 hours later I realized there were a total of 4 Trundle jungle games in my match history (I main mid and botlane, I never play Trundle. And I always have my flash on d, but the Trundle games had flash on f) so I took a screenshot of that and added it to my support ticket. I even changed my password to make sure. It's been 3-4 days now. Ticket shows last activity was 3 hours ago but I have gotten no response or any communication whatsoever.

Will this actually get fixed or am I just unfortunately besmirched with this black mark on my record? I've never gotten reports before that I'm aware of. I'm usually a really nice player. I have my off days but I never abuse anyone for it... II just want to know if Riot will actually try to help fix my suspension or not.

riot support takes a while to get a hold of you but i've heard of them reversing suspensions in the past if they have good reason to believe it was a hack

They responded at 3 in the morning saying they are not going to lift the suspension and gave me tips on how not to be negative again in the future.

I'm incredibly frustrated. They didn't even acknowledge that I got hacked.

I even provided my IP because I KNOW for sure I got hacked.

I sent a support ticket about getting my mystery skin from the legendary snowball event (easily a much easier issue to fix) that took a week to get a response. Just be patient and I'm sure they will get to you.
