I want to continue playing league,but i really don't know how to deal with toxicity,if someone says something bad to me,i have this urge to respond to them,i have improved over the course of my games,but still not enough,seeing as i got a perma. Start a game and type. /mute all Works wonders, you can also mute their pings too.

Or atleast mute the people flaming you. The way Riot's system works is if someone flames you and you type back, you also get punished. Don't type back to trolls, just mute and focus on your own game.

/mute all I did this earlier, but late game unmuted to hear but didn't tell anyone, and what I hear like late game was priceless.

I definitely think muting at the start is best. That way you never have a chance to see people’s say things that might set you off.
Think you are toxic. Try as hard as you can for 6 months to be positive, and what riot looks for in a outstanding player. 6 months go by, and you are one of the nicest people on league. Have a single game where you say f466ot once. Get permanently banned. Realize that the system is shit, and you shouldn't be permabanned for what you say in game. Have people disagree with you. Then realize that the league community is brainwashed by lyte. Leave for 2 seasons, come back because MASSA YIIIII!! Have fun playing him on a new account, still see the reporting system isn't fixed. Complain about it, realize that nothing ever changes. Re-uninstall the game. Realize riot only cares about money, and leftist propaganda. Just walk away, but cry because still want to play game.
I base my chat on what people say in the lobby, if they say nothing I mute all. People who are silent for half the game are the number 1 culprits to explode midgame. If someone says anything about carrying or being carried, i mute all. You always get flamed by the over/under confident types. If they just talk about team comp or lane advantage or want to strategize then i don't mute. These are the people who want to focus on the game rather than the individual. If somebody is doing poorly but 3 others are doing great then they don't flame the guy in the back.
On first negative comment, use your mute button.
/mute all every game and do the same for pings if a player starts pinging constantly I know this reduces communication but better than being banned.
Also, when I began to get tilted at people and their plays, I just stopped playing Ranked for a while. Play some draft, try some weird builds and champs - fizz jungle for example - and try to enjoy the game because in the end all it is, is entertainment. It isn't fun anymore if you remove the "game" part. I hope this helps - making jokes in chat sometimes helps because it takes the seriousness of the game away. You'll always have feeders of afk's but maybe try to see the positive - Draft helps as nothing counts anyways. :D
