Stop punishing "dodging"

Recently I felt like the most unlucky person in the world. Yes, I am very much aware someone playing badly is not trolling but hear me out. I had 6 trolls (dodged twice so experienced 4 in-game). The four wonderful individuals I had the pleasure of being on the same team as were as follows:

An adc who ragequit after dying 3 times (around 10 minutes into the game)

A bard support who went top levels 1-6 farming the toplaner's cs despite everyone telling him (first politely) to go to his lane. He ignored it and returned to ruin toplane at level 10 onwards

An Ashe jungler who farmed all of the toplaner's cs multiple times despite them politely asking him to stop. The Ashe even deliberately let the toplaner die so he got get the kills (and thus all the farm too)

A Miss Fortune Jungler who was last pick. Team chat spammed her of her correct position. She ignored it.

Dodging is not being toxic really. It is an act of heroism so that you don't have to deal with this. Why punish it?

How would you differentiate a "justified" AFK from a troll afk?

Bullshit on the "act of heroism" bit, you just wanted to shave a few minutes off your loss. Sucks to get trolled, but there's no good way to avoid a game like that.

if they didnt have a penalty, people would abuse it till they got the team that they wanted and off meta picks would become not-a-thing

not to mention the queue times would skyrocket from all the leaves
