Leaver buster

So I recently received the leaver buster penalty which makes me wait five minutes to start waiting another five minutes to find a game. 1. I think that making me wait five separate occasions is a little hefty for a first offense, maybe make them stack as you keep doing something. And also, the last two times that I've waited to be put in queue, at the end of the timer, it doesn't even start matchmaking.
