false reporting warnings need to stop
I'm getting real sick of an entire team reporting me because I had a different build than normal. Riot is proving that they don't even review the reports.

Like Zombie said, it doesn't mean you're going to get punished.
The message is given to you anyway for your own benefit. The system can't yet tell if you deserve a punishment, so it's giving you the benefit of the doubt and letting you know you're getting reported more than you usually do. This is so that just in case they aren't false you have the opportunity to change. Do you not want to be warned before getting punished?
We don't even know if those were really false reports. Could be that you're doing something that isn't actually ok. It wouldn't be the first time someone denied their abusive behavior all the way up to a permaban.
For the warning pop ups, you're correct that reports aren't reviewed. It's entirely possible to receive one based completely on false reports. However, warnings aren't actual punishments, and the warning system is completely separate from the actual punishment system. The punishment system does review reports before handing out punishments.
