I love playing 3s. Its actually my preferred game mode. I know its not meta but I like it anyway. Recently Ive noticed a huge spike in the number of bots in 3v3. Is anything being done to alleviate this issue? I'd hate to see it disappear like dominion due to being unpopular however it is almost unplayable in its current state.
Sukishoo4 votesIt's been like that for a long time, only went up though when dominion was removed :/ Riot has said they are working on those things but we haven't really seen much change.
Kürama1 votesNo it hasn't been like this for a long time, this only started about a week ago. Sure there were bots previously but Riot managed to maintain a step or two ahead of them until now.

Kürama2 votesAll modes have had bots for years, including SR. It didn't go up with the removal of Dominion, anti-cheat and anti-bot measures were leveled up.
Now, they need to be leveled up again.
Sukishoo4 votesI've never once gotten a bot on my team in SR. It has gone up since Dom was closed as Dom was flooded with them after it pretty much stopped being played. Queue times were 20-30 mins in Blind on Dom and most of the teams would be Bots. After that was closed, they migrated over to 3s and Aram more.
Kürama2 votesYou can stop lying anytime now. I was a Dominion and queue times were always under 4 minutes in Blind, they were 20 - 30 mins in Draft and not all the time I received bots.
You're right they moved to TT and HA but like I said, they were never this rampant. I'm also a TT main, I've been playing TT very frequently for the past 10 months and I've never experience this many bots. I would have gotten a bot once in every 30 matches or so.
Sukishoo4 votesYou can stop lying yourself. I've been playing league for 5 years and they have been very high in TT for the past 5-6 months. I played 3s extensively in season 4 and whenever I'd go to blind pick there were more bots then people.
Plus whenever I'd play dom they were 100% bots before it was closed.

As for Season 4, you may be correct on that but certainly not in the past 5 - 6 months.

Ranks have no presidency on normal MMR, as they are separate.

As was said. The MMR is two separate ratings for Normal vs Ranked. There are a high amount of bots in BLIND (Normal) TT where as I've never once seen them in Draft (Ranked) TT. I played a few matches of Blind the other day and one match both teams were made up of bots besides me, and the next match only one of my teammates and one of the enemy teammates were real people. I've run into this for years.
So having been gold in solo, again has no effect on what happens in another queue on another map.

Playing 1 match when you haven't played TT for a long even though you're ranked would net you bots in your matches but not if you played frequently.

I've played them a lot, it wasn't just a random game in a long time. Again, you clearly don't know how Ranks works, as its been said they have no effect upon your normal game play. All queues have separate match making ratings, that do not affect one an another.
Me being Gold in Solo/Duo could mean I could still have an MMR similar to Bronze in normals as I do see a lot of Bronze/Silvers there (and have played well over 5000 normal SR games and only 500 TT games). People that tend to get into higher rankings usually have a lot lower MMR in their normal gameplay.
Kürama1 votesIf you play TT matches even semi-frequently, your MMR would jump due to your skill level and mechanics, placing you into a similar spot to your SR MMR.
This is how the system determines where you are placed in your provisional matches as well.
Minarde2 votes2k Dominion MMR reporting in. My queue times were typically 10 minutes at most unless I was queuing in the dead of night or something. Only ran into a handful of bots in PvP over the years.
