Banning system

So the last couple of months have been extremelly frustrating in playing league of legends , reason being of inters tilters afkers and intentionally feeding teamates. While i am pro for punishement on people who feed/flame(actually being an asshole not just calling someone bad),leaving the game (afk),etc etc , i can very much dissagree with the way the bot works because i cant bellieve that there is a person who is controlling the Punishement system. I myself have been quite talkative and quite frustrated and it did end up on me flaming (witch is bad i cant deny that) but i want to understand why isnt a person monitoring the reports? The first time i got chat restricted i was ok with that because i was a total asshole but not toxic! I spent my time normally as tiltless as possible and it worked actually and was way more calm (didnt expect that), chat restriction helped and even games i lost i wouldnt say anything and just go queue for the next match. So i got chat restricted for a second time because one game were i called on a feeder who actually just walked with no items intentionally feeding the enemy team from the start he supposedly reported me and for that i got chat restricted again?(Meanwhile i saw the chat and from the entirety of my chat only 3 sentences were me flaming him and they were about 4-5 words long!) I said fuck it lets wait another untill this restriction goes off and play as calm again as possible and when that time finished i had the last 3 games where on one we had a malphite who again intentionally fed running in the enemy alone always and while i did talk a bit much on the adc i did point out he is trying even when he fed early because the support (malphite) kept running it down on lane and had the malphite flame me when protecting base while he had already intentionally given 14 kills to the enemy team untill he stoped inting. Second game we had a noc who went on jungle with no items and decided to come to my lane always steal my farm feed and then go afk [ I did get extremelly tilted and i will agree it was too much (sadly i cant copy paste the chat) and i ended up being toxic at one point and that 100% deserves a chat bann not only restriction] i also went "afk" for 3 minutes and then said , fuck it lets give it a try to then noc to go afk :))))))) And on one point i had 2 members of the team actually agreeing with me on how noc acted that game. Game 3 trying out a new champion to have a jungler who inted by one death and an adc to build ashe AP and only me , mid and support playing to win (Also our jungler adc and supp were premade and 2 of them jsut trolled) On this game i casually shit talked for a very slim timebut mostly the the troll adc and jungle who called on being smurfs [(as i know that is against the rules :) ) even tho many do it] and wanted to tease them about smurfing and trolling at the same time . And as premades do if one is to report , everyone will report from the group. And then to wake up the next day with a 14 day ban from the game meanwhile i have reported countless people on intentionally feeding , being toxic beyond recognition and afkrs to have only 1 of them being answered do. This post isnt to get me unbanned , at this point i dont care since the system isnt working as intended ( i cant find another explanation for its ability to chose who to punish). But i want an explanation on how the system actually works and if a person or a bot is working on it , if there is a percentege it needs to look on who to ban or the numbers. As i said flaming isnt fun but when you get people who force you to act this way while there is no compensation about your reports it comes to point where this is just ridiculous.
