How can I report people without getting to endgame?
Just wondering, because http://puu.sh/vpxpt/669b0eefda.png this rioter is suggesting there is a way to report people for toxic pregame chat, and I'm unaware.

Yes, and they need to be banned for all the shit they said. If someone hadn't dodged, they would have ruined an entire game.
