PERMANENT BAN WITHOUT KNOWING THE REASON

Today I was permanent ban from my main league of legends account without really knowing the reason.The email that was sent said that i have been using content that the game doesn't allow to(scripting).The thing is that i never had use scripts or mods in lol the only 2 things i can remember using is the site op.gg to see the enemy player stats and the HUD thing that can change the colour of your HUD menu.The hud website had an article that riot doesn't have a problem with the appearance but only when something is used as an advantage to a summoner/ i had download the HUD like when i was lvl 10.So i don't really see the reason why i got permanent banned for cheating.Can anyone help me out to find a solution cause i spent time/money on this account,i wouldn't even dare to use scripts/hacks or Anything similar. Is there i way that i can contact riot and ask for Support?? Thank you Summoner's

file a ticket, question about account suspension.. generally, from what I heard about them in the boards they don't really offer the best assistance, but it is really the only way to contact support.

Pff so u are saying i cant do much i cant even approve that i didn't use 3rd party programs :( about 200 euros spend on nothing.. ;(

A lot of players seem to be experiencing the same issue, and you'll need to send in a support ticket and talk to the Riot staff: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/requests/new

They do bans for using third party software in waves, and sometimes mistakes are made. Politely explain your situation and be patient, it will take up to a day for you to get your first reply. Continue to explain your situation and mention that there have been many players speaking up on the forum about being banned by mistake during this wave and ask for a manual review of your account. If Riot conducts the review and finds that you indeed did nothing wrong then your account will have the ban removed.
