14 days? A bit harsh for no reasoning

So I'm in my promos to gold (was pretty happy about this since its my first time actually trying to climb and not just play 10'games here and there) and after coming off a 12 game win streak lose all 3 games in a row to.... Well let's say questionable plays(I say questionable plays but you can't really play when hard camped in a 2v1), I try to shake it off and move on to climb back into my promos only to get kicked out and pick up a 14 day ban.

I'm not going to say I was a model player because that would be a lie, but I was hardly worthy of picking up a 14 day ban. A player can only take so much abuse before it gets to be so much. For instance when you're trying your hardest but keep getting players hellbent on tilting their own team, like the Veigar support that refused to participate in the lane phase other than to flash q minions then run back under tower and flame me for missing cs vs 2 poke champs, or the skarner intentionally feeding lanes by running in and not attacking just running in circles, or the urgent that lost lane but chose to flame me for losing a 2v1 lane with heavy jungle pressure and an inting jungle.

I'm just curious how it's fair to ban a player victim of players trying their hardest to go out of their way to get a reaction out of you and when you finally say something (nothing even close to racist or hatful in any way other than telling someone to fk off or roport the trolls). I'm just at a loss because the "reform" card was just a blank window with an I understand button.

Sorry for the rant I'm just a bit mad that in the previous years I was considered honourable and without changing anything suddenly I'm picking up chat restrictions and now a 14 day ban while being the same player I was in the years before.
