permenently banned because I called others Kids? Please help

Above, are the exact quotes from the Riot Player Support's email. How is this being toxic.... the toxic leona is flaming me because I banned teemo in the ranked game, and he said teemo was his only champ he plays (srsly????) I know I have been toxic recently for several games ( among the thousands of games I played in this 5 year), but I have improved myself. And now I am permanently banned just because of this??

I emailed the Riot player support, and that guy seems doesn't even care what really happened, just keep saying I am toxic so I got banned, and didn't explain anything to me.

I know Riot is a big company with millions of players, but you can't just ignore me like that, man. Aren't you suppose to bring justice to the players, give us a real trial?
