Perma-banned because of ban baiter

Posting this because hours ago I posted a support ticket and have yet to receive a response even though some other have had their issues resolved very recently. So yesterday I was playing a ranked game and a player with the SN: bozzen typed in all chat that they needed help with a crossword puzzle and the whole gimmick was to fool someone into saying the word "fg" so me not being aware of the situation I responded with "it's totally not fg" after that exchange he proceeded to bother all game with saying "enjoy your 14 day vacation." Clearly I'm an idiot for being gullible and responding to him but I got permabanned for replying to something in a way I didn't think would make my account get screwed. I have multiple screenshots to prove that it was a set up and it shows them gloating about their success. Had I know that my answer would cause the whole problem I would've avoided the whole situation but I didn't know any better. I had already gotten reported for toxicity in the past and I took some time off the game to refresh myself, I had just recently gotten back into the game more actively with my friends like I used to just to get fooled into getting my account banned. I really didn't mean any harm at all when I said f*g. I was at least hoping that it was a chat restriction since I'd rather never get to talk to anyone than lose my account. I really hope this whole issue with these ban baiters get solved soon and hopefully get lucky enough to get my account back..
