leaver buster/ low priority queue

(not subsonyx just a to lazy to sign into my name brother of subsonx) My thoughts are quite angry and i'm borderline irate because of the leaver buster garbage riot thought up. i left one game because my papaw came to my state from his (not saying where but its not the shortest drive. also i hadn't seen him in 9 years.) and i happened to be in a game at the time. a NORMAL game at that, was not ranked what so ever. o i ran upstairs to see him and forgot i was in a game so i ran down stairs and we had lost (trust me we were losing that game either way) but i had received a leaver buster. i didn't think anything of it until i had to wait 20 mins for a G.D game. no big deal i'll wait 20 mins "hey i deserve it right"? turns out. NOT ONE GAME. 5 GOD DAMN GAMES. really riot? i have had various problems with riot over the many years i have been playing (end of season 1 into season 2). now i have spent a lot of money so i put it aside, but seriously? i have to wait a total 100 minutes(1 hour and 40 minutes.) because i chose to walk away from a game to see my grandfather. Here's a thing riot. why not try smaller times but more of them. this is ridiculous. with a 20 minute wait time you are basically keeping me from playing at all. Your consequences shouldn't make your players want to not play anymore. your goal to stop people from abandoning games shouldn't feel like its not worth my time or anger. you should be trying to deter the behavior rather than deter your players.

The consequences are there so people don't leave for silly reasons.

You're not the only one playing the game. Whatever your reason is, when you leave a game you've left 4 other people on your team in a horrible situation, and 5 other players on the enemy team in a game they might not enjoy either (if they want a challenge).

I'm sorry, but you're just going to have to suck it up and muscle through the punishment.

First: Paragraph breaks. They are a thing and you should learn them. Being able to properly present your argument is half of your argument.

Now, attempting to break out your wall of text I see that you're complaining about a 20 min Leaver Buster and saying that Riot should start small with the punishments.

Here's the thing: They do. Leaver Buster only kicks in after you leave a game several times. It starts at 5 minutes. You've left a lot of games to be at the 20 minute mark.

Once you're no longer on Leaver Buster you'll receive a notice from Riot. Until then you're punishments will continue to increase. Stop leaving games. It's clearly a pattern of behavior for you.

Can i get off he leavebuster because i left a bunch of matches before but now just for being afk for 5 min in a intro bot games. please help me i want o get off he "bad list"

Heh, it's more fun to get extra 20 mins only beacuse you didn't choose your champion while doing your runes for tha match. Soo satisfying to wait 40 mins for an Intro match! [sg-jinx]
