Should I have gotten perm-banned for this?

So... in game one... We go to blue, just saying random stuff. The game goes on, Lee ganks pretty early so Ashe is just pinning us in our tower and Zac asks why we are getting shit on, I respond with Lee ganked us early so we are pushed in. We end up doing well and take Drag and go for GP. Maokai ends up getting a double and doing insane damage so I say tank meta as a joke. I die and Zac tells me to just start inting and farming jungle because I'm so useless. This goes on for a few minutes and then I actually start farming the Jungle because I'm pretty behind at this point. I farm half the jungle on our side and then go to the teamfight and pick up a kill. This is like around mid-game. We push to their mid base tower and Zac engages while our AP is still running towards us. He gets a quadra Lets Bounce and I throw my R there and get a kill. Everyone on their team is damaged and dying. Then Kayn comes out of nowhere and destroys our backline. They turn it quickly. Zac continues to flame team and me. I explain why I didn't really follow him on his engage then just ignore him. The last parts are where they are at our Nexus and it was a 5v4 teamfight in our favor and Janna R'ed and split everyone apart. Zac flames Janna and I say REEEEEEEEEEEE cause I got one shot basically. Game ends there. Ended Game 1: 5/7/6

Game 2: Entire first part is just joking around with team while waiting at red. I tell my support that the mf is a monkey and this should be an easy lane. Lee then ganks like at 2 minutes 45 seconds and we pretty much fuck him up so I taunt him to not do it again or he will get destroyed. Then I believe Jayce tried going into a uneven match so I said bad engage. Then my support told him to stop inting, which I said that he wasn't inting, hes just making a lot of excuses and putting it on the team. Support stops saying that Jayce is inting but Jayce is already pissed off so he goes to jungle to farm creeps the ENTIRE game and says that its because hes inting. End part is they're at our base while we are fighting them off while Jayce is still farming creeps. We did end up winning that game though. Ended Game 2: 21/5/6
