It's Toxic, annoying and bad sportsmanship if they do not insult you in all chat nor do they even talk to you in all chat you being salty sally because they are 20-3-10 and you are 3-17 does not give you the right to be a brat in all chat to flame their skill level in hopes they tilt, so you can make a comeback.
Why not?
If I am playing an carry support and manage to kill them alone, I will call out on that. "1v1'd by the sup. XD" Or if I am playing a cc heavy and we jist won a team fight. "Enough CC for you?"
Trying to tilt an enemy is fine as long as it is done in a certain way. Mastery level spam, some emote spam, I find that fine. Honestly if that is enough to make you tilt, you probably need a break anyways.
No need for you to be a salty sally and a brat to go whine on the forum either. Mute and/or report and move on.
