Hi guys i want your opinion about that...I am nto a flaming guy..but you can call me kinda spammer...the point is i saw at bot lane an ezreal with exshaust ignite and i said that:I will hunt this nig.ger :D Nothing more than this...i mean i know nig.ger is a bad word but i was totally a joke and it wasnt even in allchat guys...I mean you dont think 14 days ban is way to much for that?Even if i spam..i spam things like gj try more that was bad from you do baron now..those stuffs i am not toxic :d....And i got 14 days banned aster 10 games chat banned.. i though i would have 25 games chat banned now but they skip it i guess

Racism and hate speech are not jokes: they are words used specifically to insult and belittle, steeped in decades and often centuries of prejudice and hatred.

They're also one of Riot's zero-tolerance policies due to how inherently offensive that language is, and so they are subject to an immediate 14-day ban on the first confirmed offense.

I am slightly surprised at someone not knowing the racially charged history behind that word. I would recommend avoiding insulting words that you do not fully understand the context of.

I would avoid ANY insulting or negative language, joking or not, for a while. A 14-day ban puts your account one punishment of any kind away form a permanent ban, and it can take 3-6 months of good behavior to restore an account's status to the point where the next ban ISN'T a permanent one.

I haven't played in a while but I'm pretty sure wards are important. They let you see cloaked enemies last I checked.

Don't use that WORD though. Look up on hate speech to get an idea of what not to say.

Finally, don't tell someone to kill themselves. I don't think you said it but don't anyways.

You typed a word that is extremely hateful. It carries a hateful connotation to it. It is not a cute word. It's not something you even joke with around random strangers. Riot has a zero tolerance policy on hate speech, and you broke it. Don't even try to justify you using inappropriate language; there are rules and you broke them.

It's not about anyone's feelings. It's the weight that word carries. It's the fact that you think using that word in any context is appropriate. And what other people do does not excuse your actions. You messed up, and you're facing the consequences. Own up to them.

Not even being sarcastic. I think you deserved to skip a tier. In fact, not knowing you skip ban tiers for hate speech is not an excuse. You shouldn't have been using that language in the first place. You got a 10 game chat restriction? That wasn't your first clue that you're being inappropriate? You want a 25 game restriction why? Why should you be given that chance when you clearly show you can't understand your actions and words have consequences?

i 10 chat ban was coz i said someone idiot(something that i dont think its so bad but ok i accept it)Secondly i didnt know that if i was joking about that i would get banned...if i knew it ofc i wouldnt even mention it..thats why i wanted to get 25 games ban chat coz i would never use it again..you think if i knew that a ward like that would bring me in 14 days ban i would use it? I'm done with you. Just said not knowing isn't an excuse. It's poor justification that someone throws when they can't fully accept that they were punished. The punishment is your lesson.

in the future just don't call people anything in a negative context, even if it's a joke. avoid all racist and homophobic terms and major illnesses or disabilities. those are all grounds for instant 14 day ban or permanent ban
