Is there any way to appeal an unfair 2 week ban

Well ive just been banned for 2 weeks , as a result of apparently intentional feeding, however I was just having a bad game. So I was playing trist top ( already far from the current meta) against a full AD pantheon (worst matchup) and I went 4/23, however firstly my feed was not intiontional, and also all the games previous to this one have good scores, for example i went 5/1 fizz top. Finally i also have people that I personally know that can say that i was not intentionally feeding and that i was having a bad game, plus my connection was at 400ping throughout most of the game. I feel really strongly that this is a really unfair ban, and to be honest think that the reporting system needs to be brushed up a bit more and look at both sides of the story before handing out bans left, right and centre

you went 4/23 with 40 cs in a 42 minute game, and bought 3 sightstones.

Ask yourself if you would want to play with an off meta top that died 23 times, lagged and then bought supp items?

Your morality is exceedingly poor and there is no way the ban will be overturned. There is no reason to ping 400 anywhere in the world, fix your computer, your router, your cable modem and then have your cable company reinstall your Internet lines.

When you do come back, only play Malphite and stop dying.

If you look like you are trolling by swapping out all your items for 3 Sightstones you are going to risk being punished as such. I can't see when exactly you bought those items (can only check myself if it's Ranked), so could you share the match history page?
