Are there any bots in the game?

So.. I played a game of Solo/Duo to relax (bad idea). I got top so. I picked Ornn to counter my enemy top laner that was a Garen. I had a Sylas jg, Xayah mid lane and Lux and Jhin bot lane. Everything went fine except from one thing, Jhin gave away kills and didn't respond to any callouts about playing safe so he wouldn't get caught by the enemy nautilous' Q. The game still went on, everyone was doing good to great but.. Jhin continued to feed the enemy adc (Ezreal) and jg (Sett). As the game progressed, the teamfights were getting tougher and Jhin wouldn't respond to any Callouts or pings. Mid to late game we tried to do a comeback and thankfully we won 2 teamfights (without Jhin of course). All this time Jhin was bot "trying" to split push? Idk. The enemy team just went there and got some free gold by killing him, he didn't even farm to scale a bit. As a last desperate attempt to try to take our wasted time back, the 4 of us (me,sylas,lux,xayah) went and tried to steal the Infernal Drake that the enemy team was trying to slay, somehow we got the drake but unfurtunately Sylas Lux and Xayah died, I run back to the nexus to try to protect it, something almost impossible when I had already used my ult and my Adc was top doing nothing (as I said he didn't even farmed and he didn't had the dmg to split push effectively). We of course lost and my whole team and me included reported Jhin of intentional feeding, griefing and giving up. My question is: Is this player a bot cause by his behaviour he seemed like one. He didn't communicate with his team and didn't even tried to play smart (at least in a minimum level).

P.S: I forgot to mention for everyone that will say he was a rookie trying to play the game for the first time. No currently he's Silver 3 and Last season was Platinum. Lastly he used his ult more than 1 time to kill a normal wave of minions when the minions were in melee range. His final score was 1/15/13. (The assissts came from his w that somehow he managed to hit it before we got the kills).
