I never talked down to them or yelled at the other to them to leave me alone? and i muted them??????? i didnt what everyone would do to avoid the ban??? i never said anything mean?? they did riot needs to review chat. I literally tried so hard to not say anything mean because i was banned for my fighting with them. so i specifically tried this time and i know i didnt do anything.
If you were punished by the Instant Feedback System for chat offenses, you should've received a reform card with some of your chat logs in-client and in your email. If you can provide that we can take a look.
If you did not get this and need more information on your punishment, you'll need to submit a Support Ticket to talk to Riot about it.

It only really takes a handful of reply posts to get in trouble. The best thing to do is ignore, and make sure the only typing made is shot calling, you can't get reported for shot calling.
