Been perma banned, Riot doesn't answer and I don't know what to do.

So 2 days ago I got a really weird email saying I was pernamently banned from league for literally no reason I recall (I played with my friends the whole day I got banned and they can testify that I didn't int, flame or hacked). There was a weird mail sent to me saying I violated the rules but not which rules. I tried contacting Riot about it but they don't seem to answer. If anyone knows what I should do please tell me. kind of hopeless right now...
