Been perma banned, Riot doesn't answer and I don't know what to do.

So 2 days ago I got a really weird email saying I was pernamently banned from league for literally no reason I recall (I played with my friends the whole day I got banned and they can testify that I didn't int, flame or hacked). There was a weird mail sent to me saying I violated the rules but not which rules. I tried contacting Riot about it but they don't seem to answer. If anyone knows what I should do please tell me. kind of hopeless right now...

submit a ticket and wait i would guess is your only course of action right now

I submitted one 2 days ago... I haven't done anything that is worth banning and I really don't understand why. I'm really concerned for my account and everything that's on it.

If they haven't replied, it could be that they are getting an increased volume of tickets over the weekend. Thus taking longer to reply.

If they have replied, let us know what they said instead of "they aren't saying anything".

I was banned for nothing, like I said. they understood it and recovered my account.

If that was going on, it wasn't for nothing.

They saw suspicious activities going on in your account and gave it a security lock.

isnt there a support discord? I never have needed it so i dont know how to access it but im sure someone will chime in

There is one for the boards, but that is only for boards moderation.

You will need to be patient and wait for the support staff to respond to your ticket. Don't post in the ticket or start new ones until someone responds to you - it'll bump it to the end of the queue.

Don't know about that :o I think the only good thing I could do is wait for a reply on my ticket or here...
