tournament mode

I believe that the limitation is that players wishing to test the new system have to be of Honor 2 or higher. I have not heard anything about this being a permanent feature, so my belief right now is that this is to both limit load on the servers for it as well as ensure that only honorable people are testing (as they're likely to give better feedback) so that games can have actual feedback.

It is yet to be seen if this will continue when the system is rolled out to all servers and is through testing. Right now they are still in a very testing phase to my understanding, and as such I'd expect many changes before it goes live everywhere.

You have to be honor level 2 or above to use the tournament clash.
