THERE ARE NO GAME 2'S, OR 3'S !! I was APC Ziggs (ziggs AP on bot), and got banned BECAUSE I PLAYED AP ZIGGS! (I probably got toxic one or two games before, but I KNOW i got reported for playing apc ziggs games that i played even though i was nonstoxic AT ALL but lost the game), BUT THIS GAME?? REALLY? My jungle goes 3/11 and flaming me and saying that if "WE HAD AN ADC WE WOULDA HAD A CHANCE" even though top and mid go 0/3 I was 2/0. LOL!!!!! Funny how people need to BLAME THE GUY WHO IS PLAYING something DIFFERENT! I was 2/0 when they started saying they were losing because of ME!!!!! I did not say anything offensive this chat besides ONCE (using the word retard) because they kept trying to blame me, but the rest of the freaking text all I said is that i couldnt get banned for playing APC ZIGGS! You should understand one simple thing - we are not in pre-school anymore. There's no "but moooom, he did it first!". Also you didn't get the ban for playing Ziggs, you got the ban for being toxic.

By your logic a person who defends himself from a murderer is also a murderer, and should never get away no matter how fucked up what the first person was going to do with him? never mind he's defending himself or anything right, because, "we are not in pre-school anymore, there's no mooom, he did it first!", huh? I never stayed on their level. All I said in this game was to report my team for being toxic. The person who was replying me back called me a "stupid fuck", "fucking retard", "kill yourself". Did I ever said those things? I literally said he would get banned for language, and that I wouldn't for playing Ziggs. He also somehow knew that I would get permabanned, he said "I swear you will get permabanned?" lmfao. They said I trolled all game, but in the replay I was the one trying the hardest, what the fuck? I was 1 game away from FINISHING MY DIAMOND PROMOS.

Riot has an absolutely zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, racism, and the likes. They have stated that replying to flaming with more flaming is not acceptable. Defensive replies don't make the game better, they make it worse for everyone else. I know you will probably reply with, but wait the other guy didn't get banned for such and such. Well guess what maybe they did and maybe they didn't; however if you hadn't been talking as you did you wouldn't have gotten banned.

You don't get permabanned for 1 game. You get permabanned for your history of toxicity.

If someone tries to kill you it's NECESSARY for you to defend. If someone flame you it's NOT NECESSARY to flame him/her back.

You're not defending yourself by insulting them back, you're retaliating. Defending yourself implies that your actions prevent them from harming you in some way (in this case, prevent them from insulting you). Insulting them back just encourages more insults.

Muting them, however, would immediately block all messages from them.

First of all, why would you even compare murder to this ? Can we not ? Two. You can get reported for you telling others to report a person(s). Three. If people are going to trash talk you, just ignore and mute, and report at the end if you dont want to get banned for retaliating in a negative manner. lol

If they sent you chat logs then your ban has nothing to do with what you picked. Your team probably flamed you for you pick (which is against the rules) and you we're banned for how you responded (who started it does not matter).

To put it simply; Even without your champ choice and trash talk... overwhelmingly, anyone that calls for reports on his entire team, is almost always the person that is the problem. NOT ALWAYS, but 99% of the time which in this case means you.
