A little harsh ?

Hi,

I would like to get my ban reevaluated. For some reason, I got a 14 days ban for saying to a guy, who was harrassing me after his mistake, that I was muting him. And in the same game, after I asked politely to the ennemy team to please end the game by pushing mid, they instead went for me, underfed and squishy, being unneccessarily mean and going out of their way to make me feel miserable.

Since it was really pissing me off I called the ennemy adc that was trapping me under my tower a "%%%got" twice, note that english is not my language and as far as I know that word is nothing special, but I may be wrong. If it is special I apologize because I simply know the word without it's deep implications. I know that is not the best way to address someone anyway. I've been called way worse, reported the culprits and never got any notification about a punishment ( in a game, 3 premades kept telling me to kms just because I asked a question, and they went unpunished ). So as we all know, we all get that kind of game.

Now the part that perplexes me the most is that I never got any warnings, chat restrictions, etc... and I get 14 days ban, first time. I've been harassed by people, I have to mute a LOT of passive aggressive people that sometimes I even FORGET to report because of how common it is. So PLEASE, don't give me that kind of EXTRA HARSH punishment.

I thank you.

I would strongly advise against using words that you are unaware of the full meaning of in the future. It is the same case with english speakers learning other languages - we shouldn’t use words/phrases/idioms we don’t fully understand the cultural implications of.

The word you used is hate speech directed towards people of a non heterosexual or cisgendered orientation. It has absolutely no place in public discourse such as League.

Post chat logs or no one here will listen to anything you say.

Edit: You admitted to calling someone a %%%, that alone warrants an immediate 14 day ban if not a perma ban. Be happy you still have your account. That is all. Good day.

This is hate speech in the form of a homophobic slur. Riot has a zero tolerance policy on this sort of language, and a 14-day ban is indeed the normal penalty associated with a first-time offense of this severity.

Edit: Remembered you're not a native English speaker. In general, I would recommend against insulting other players in general (it's punishable in any form), but specifically I'd avoid using insults you are now aware of the full meaning of, or at least looking them up ahead of time. This particular word is specifically targeted as a slur against the homosexual population, and has a history of hatred behind its use.
