Banned for third programs o modification in game

I dont know what happened i have been playing this game almost 2 years now everything was great until now i was banned for 3rd using programs i dont know what does that means the problem is that i dont know what program they are talking about i always have discord or google open while a play that is the problem and the problem is that i dont even notice when i got ban its said here it was in friday 06/10/2017 with the following message

Guess what i wasnt even connected while i was ban that is the most frustated thing havent played this game in a long while just for playing in another things but this is the worst thing to happen i dont know if someone has the issue too but this is killing me 2 years of my life wasted what do i do if there a way to get unban or something
