banned for complaining in a game

So i just got permabanned bc i complained with some duo premade who said to me that i am Inting and to report me in min 4 after i died twice. Well later I managed to carry the game and i made fun of the toplaner who said that i am inting. Is it really punishable when i ask for reports or when i say someone is inting or trolling? I mean i dont think riot is looking at the context or smth. its like a bot that just looks for words like shit, toxic, whatever... and in this case i got very unlucky because i had the same premade duo in 2 games and an other premade duo in another game who apparently reported me. If you're gonna complain, complain when you're sending a ticket, not in-game. It's annoying when players afk type in lane/base or anywhere in general. Legit just type in /muteall idk how hard it even is to type that. I would agree the ban was justified because of your unsportsmanlike conduct.

Context doesn't matter - you're free to mute them; if you choose to be toxic back then you're both guilty.

Only one report is needed to flag the system so don't ask others to report - it doesn't achieve anything and comes across very negative.
