As i figured out my account was stolen. I haven't play about 4monts in that period. When i get it back there was already 2weeks suspension. On last my game i slipped like all the players i was toxic, i didnt even know that is the last step to get perma ban. And now there i lost my 5years of lol and about 600euros, ty RITO u help me so well..
You should've contacted player support to see if you could get the 14 day suspension removed. Not doing so may appear as if you were aware of someone else using your account and accepted it and the punishment; even if you had, you still may be held responsible for the compromise, and if they wouldn't reverse the 14 day ban they won't remove the permanent ban because that is simply the next step in the punishment tier escalation.
You need to submit a Support Ticket to talk with player support about the compromise and punishment that resulted from it. And if you haven't already secured your account to prevent further compromise, you need to do that too.
