Honorable Riot for what reason you blocked my account, in this account I invested 400euro. I do not see fit to block me forever, apologize for my behavior, but please return the account or return the money I have invested in this account. It is the first time I have insulted, I do not see it reasonable now to ban forever my account. Please return answer to me.

You can't get permanently banned for your first behavior offense

It is possible, but it takes exceptionally poor behavior. It is not common.

I don't have any examples ready to hand. I do have the Instant Feedback System FAQ which states:

Punishments generally follow a basic escalation path:

First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction Third Offense: Two Week Suspension Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account.

My memory says that the instant permabans that I've seen on the board were for a level 11 account that spammed racism and a level 14 account that was severely antagonistic.

You dont "invest" into an account. investing would mean you get something back sometimes. you pay. and even then you dont even own anything on your acc.
