I got Permabanned for my team throwing?

I got banned for player toxicity, when the worst thing I said was "shut your mouth" I was heavily tilting because this Evelyn decided to jungle with me, even after I told her no, I had already called jungle, yet she still locked her. Then the entire enemy team reported me for unsportsmanship behavior because I was telling the enemy team to report her. They still got negative about it, and in the end they mostly cursed me out, and called me a little bitch saying "its a game, chill out" with the Evelyn saying "I don't care" which is ridiculous, and I end up getting banned for unsportsmanship conduct? ARE YOU KIDDING?

Your punishment report and/or email has them. I highly doubt the worst thing you said was 'shut your mouth', but if you enjoy being roasted, we can find the real cause to prevent repeats.

You harassed Eve in chat the entire game. You should have stayed silent and reported her after the game. Being this negative and spamming chat about it didn't help anything at all.

why does it deserve an entire permaban if I didn't even know, and she said stuff like that as well to me, actually the enemy team was even saying trash about me, so why do I need to be permabanned, ill take even a 2 week ban, but this is actually ridiculous

What didn't you know? From the looks of your match history, you took a break slightly over 2 weeks long that ended less than 2 weeks ago. I would conjecture that you were not taking that break willingly, but on a 2 week suspension from the game.

Considering your prior punishment, what did you "not know"? The 2 week ban message makes explicitly clear that any further negativity, harassment, abuse, or toxicity will be a permanent suspension.

You weren't banned for saying "shut your mouth" you were banned for consistent harassment throughout the game. Other people behaving poorly does not excuse your own poor behavior and besides this case isn't about them it's about you as it was your behavior and actions that caused your account to be unfortunately permabanned. From the Instant Feedback System FAQ:

WHY WAS I PUNISHED WHEN THE OTHER PERSON WAS WORSE OR STARTED IT! Simply speaking, retaliation is not an acceptable or justifiable behavior. An argument between two players can easily create a negative experience for the rest of the players in the game with you. Regardless of the other player’s actions, this does not justify your own behavior. You alone are responsible for your actions within the game. If you encounter a toxic player like this, the best option is to simply report their behavior and move on. Reports are a vital piece to the puzzle. If you are not sure of what sort of behavior is reportable take a look at the Reporting a Player FAQ

As for why a permaban it's because you already received a 2-week ban and didn't change your behavior enough to get your account back in good standing. Also from the IFS FAQ:

PUNISHMENTS GENERALLY FOLLOW A BASIC ESCALATION PATH: First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction Third Offense: Two Week Suspension Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account.

BUT WHAT IF I REFORM? IS IT POSSIBLE TO GO DOWN THE ESCALATION PATH? Yes! Players who show consistent reform or show positive behavior in their games will help heal their accounts reputation.

You have a few options now:

Learn from your mistakes, improve your behavior and avoid being punished again on a new account.
Keep making excuses as to why you think your behavior was justified and go through the IFS process all over again on a new account.
Find another game to play with less strict rules regarding player behavior.

The choice is up to you.

Telling people to report someone is actually considered harassment, and is punishable.

That alone would have done it depending on your account history.

Report calling is harassment. You were calling for reports.

That is how it is harassment.

Double jungle isn't the meta, but there is no rule that says players have to abide by the meta. Double jungling isn't necessarily against the rules. And even if it were, another player breaking the rules doesn't make it okay for you to also break the rules. You broke the rules by being rude about it and by telling other people to report her.

Fun fact! Asking other players to report doesn't do any good anyway. As long as you report her, multiple reports won't make any difference. Just one report flags a game for review. Multiple reports don't trigger multiple reviews and even if they did, multiple reviews would all still turn up the same results. Not only does asking for reports go against the rules, it doesn't help.

btw you can't take someone's role in blind pick. calling is just something most people respect but isn't enforced by riot. you're in NA so you can play draft pick
