Hop Sent PL% Min Max Avg Host Name / [IP] 1 601 0 0.27 33.10 1.38 my ip it seems something is happening only with the game it self is running even when i using https://www.elitegameservers.net/controlpanel/knowledgebase/21/Analyzing-network-issues-which-can-cause-lag-ping-spikes-and-packet-loss-.html to find out what problem is and i cant find out how to fix i only seeing spikes when playing league making it unplayable a lot

Not sure how Player Behaviors board can help you with that. Maybe submit a support ticket, re-install the client and/or run hextech repair tools?

even running lol ping test outside the game seems to be stable then i play and bam spikes that go to 2000 or greater
