rito for the love of god make perma ban easier

Every other game, I get a leaver just because someone makes them mad, mid gets down 0-3 in first 10 minutes so says the classic "gg open mid" then proceeds to afk in fountain the rest of the game and our support gp (as if it wasn't already bad enough) just straight up leaves the game, and even the "i got auto filled support and no one wants to switch me so I'm just gonna feed this game. Rito for the love of god just start perma banning anyone that gets more then like 2 reports so the majority of people can try and start enjoying this game again.
