As Periscope said, even if you have taken a break for 3 months, if there was a 14 day suspension prior to taking that break your account would still be considered in negative standing over the time you were not playing. The only way for an account to work its way back into good standing is by playing matches and demonstrating positive behavior ( i.e. not being reported or punished for actions in those matches). So, if you were given a temporary suspension, and then took a break from playing League, without having positive games to help lower your punishment tier, your next punishment is automatically a permanent suspension of the account. It does not mean that you have to do something in the match that is "permaban worthy" to be permabanned.
From the Instant Feedback System FAQs:
PUNISHMENTS GENERALLY FOLLOW A BASIC ESCALATION PATH:
- First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction
- Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction
- Third Offense: Two Week Suspension
- Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension
What this means is that if you are playing after receiving a 14 day suspension, and you have a match with toxic behavior and are reported for it, even if it is something that would ordinarily only merit a chat restriction (for example, insulting teammates) you run the risk of having your account bumped to the next punishment level - permanent suspension. Without seeing the rest of the chat, it's impossible to say what your communication with the team was outside of the five lines you posted. But of those five lines, the first one could be considered typical frustration at being targeted in fights and is nothing offensive, but the other four are flaming.
i flamed nobody....even at this point i didnt say a word all positive
There may be a bit of a difference in what you consider to be flaming and what Riot considers to be flaming. As a general rule, calling your teammates/opponents stupid, idiot, and telling them "fck u" or "stfu" is considered to be flaming, and punishable behavior.
[16:47] KlNG PAUSE (Jax): ur stupid
[17:12] KlNG PAUSE (Jax): hes your enemy as well idiot
[25:08] [All] KlNG PAUSE (Jax): u stfu
[29:51] KlNG PAUSE (Jax): fck u
Even if this sort of talk is considered "mild" by the standards of what you typically encounter on your server, there's no way it could be considered positive. You do have the ability to make a new account and continue playing, should you wish to do so. But I would caution you to try and avoid these sorts of comments, as they are the type that will only lead you back to this situation. Mute your team, rather than read something they type and respond with a flame or an insult. If they flame you, report them and move on after the match. Don't try to flame them back, or try to get the last insult in. All it does it put a mark against your account when you are reported for it.
