When you received your 14 day ban, Riot specifically tells you that your next punishment will be a permanent ban if you don't change your behavior. Now, while it is possible to lower your punishment tier, even if you did, I wouldn't be surprised if this caused you to skip a punishment tier, escalating to a permanent ban. It may not be the most severe, but I'd personally consider it pretty excessive since you literally do nothing but insult, belittle, and harass others for all 3 games.

Also, Riot doesn't do 6 month bans or permanent chat restrictions. They tried permanent chat restrictions before, but found that it didn't work very well.

Usually these bans are for nothing and I defend everyone because a lot of people get banned for saying "reported","x9" or just for giving up after 2 teammates are afk, but dude, you went over the line. No doubt that ban is deserved.
