Account banned for MMR boosting

Hi everyone,

I just received an e-mail from riot saying my account was suspended for 2 weeks because they determined it was boosted

The problem is I never asked for boosting so I have 2 weeks without playing (and rewards removed but it is only cosmetic)

Did anyone had this problem before ? If yes, did they manage to solve it (and how btw ^^) ?

I already sent a request to the english support (french one is not really performant) but I let a subject here because I really want to prove I'm innocent.

you basicly had no pnatheon games. 3 days ago you started playing pant on a exceptional high level. thats really suspicious

Actually I used to play pantheon in season 5... I have good feeling with him. Do you think I got this suspension because I play all the champs in normal and only broken easy champ in ranked ? I shouldn't try hard but play regularly ? ^^

I don't know I thought the Elo boost was supposed to take into account several parameter like 'on which key you put your flash" and "do you jump from silver to diamond". I'm not far from my season 5 level (silver III).

Anyway I'm innocent and I think I'm able to prove it (except if Riot ask for my vaccines I have one late ^^)

well this was just something i noticed. riot only issues bans for boosting if they are sure about it, so yeah

Your stats look suspicious as hell, but obviously being good at the game doesn't get you banned from it. As Timethief said, MMR Boosting detection and investigations take additional data points that Riot will not disclose. Support will manually look into the case again if you submit a ticket, but as the French Player Behaviour team has told you, there's sufficient evidence to action on the basis that the Player Behaviour team is confident that your account has participated in some degree of MMR Boosting. As this is simply a two-week suspension, loss of previous season rewards, and a MMR reset, you can still earn rewards towards future seasons by playing fair.
