Riot fix the problems of bots please its so annoying

I dont know what riot is going to do with the serious problem of bots using third party programs farming up IP and XP, maybe they just neglect the reports because i keep on seeing them making games 4v5 or even 2v7 or somewhat like that, sometimes even saw the guy with the same username. Just now I played one game with 2afks and 2 bots I literally have to 1v5 which makes the gameplay experience extremely awful. Riot please fix this, it has been a long existing problem but it remains unsolved and because of these bots many people have unpleasant gameplay experience. Moreover its definitely unfair for people who are not actually playing to make the others losing games and getting IP and XP even if they are actually AFK
