I feel like my friend is getting ELO BOOSTED -please read-

Hello everyone, My friend joined league of legends last year in mid of summer. Her reason for joining league of legends was to make money of twitch because she was a (GIRL) and for some odd reason it worked to her advantage. From playing with her since she started she was far off anything close to her first year of rank. She did get boosted the first year of her rank and she got placed in platinum right before the season rank ended. Keep in mind she was new to the game and she had no knowledge to champs since I played with her in normals and she did not play like her rank. As myself I have played the game since season 1 and I could definitely not get platinum on my first year of rank. I consistently watched her games and watched who she DUO'd with and every time she duo'd either her account would get ridiculous scores or her partner duo would get a ridiculous score in the game. This year she stood to support and adc and once again it seems like she got boosted in her placements and ranked all the way back to platinum with different several duo's that would get an insane score. I know she is getting boosted but what can I do to stop her and get her investigated, It's truly unfair just because she streams and the majority of the league community is guys, she gets attention from high elo players or gets enough money to pay for boost from twitch donations to get her rank. I will NOT say her IGN but she needs to get banned please.
