Unfair 14-day suspension

So my friend got a 2-week ban for one game where she was just joking around with our mutual friend in chat. It seems confusing to me that someone would get banned for one game where nobody reported her, and she got no previous warnings about her behavior at all, as well as being honored by everyone including the random player in the team (this was a 3v3 twisted treeline ranked game). There was no warning given, and only game taken into account, and the chat log can show that the whole conversation was in game banter, friends joking around nothing more. What is even more unbelievable is that the random added them as a friend, which technically speaking every player in her team hasn't gotten affected by anything in a negative way. I might have missed some details or written this a bit to hastily because this just recently happened and I am still shook up by it because it literally happened 10 hours before the end of the season and she lost over 500 games worth of ranked and got master on both flex and solo queue and lost all of that hard work for something totally not deserved. If a rioter does read this please help, because this is just so totally unbelievable.

Someone definently reported her. The system only ever kicks in after a report has been sent.

Have her contact support. There is only a very small chance any Rioter reading this will be able to help.

Either someone did report and is lying, or it is possible they received the wrong logs. They should fill a support ticket.

Now here's an update, they replied to her with more evidence of old previous games, 3 ranked games which none of them has the word "kys" in it, and 2 of them had pure proper explanations in them and not even the extreme of flames, just her saying in all chat report this player for inting cause she was inting, and another one only showing her typing in caps to the jungler but they don't show any of the positiving and motivation shes giving to the jungler earlier in the game and the jungler flamed everyone else in that game cause he was autofilled, they only focused on her typing in caps telling him to sit on bot. The last game they used as evidence was ANOTHER premade 5 with friends and i was one of them

We all joked around with each other, and this is the only other game she said "kys" and that was in no way an offense of negative message towards us, we were just teasing each other, spamming pings on each other, the usual friends behavior that I bet everyone else does with their friends. If riot is using 2 games with premades of friends as evidence where there was NO WAY someone reported another person, then that just means that word is a trigger and it requires no report, and also I have to add that they gave NO WARNING whatsoever that if she said "kys" again she will get banned. I promise you if anyone of us ever KNEW about this we all would stop saying that. Make a page about it on your website, a youtube video, ANYTHING, warning us about this behavior, because in the KB Article, it only says "for extreme negative behavior as well as extremely offensive language and remarks made in game towards other players", it said nothing about we can't joke around with our friends, again I repeat PREMADE 5!!!!! Ok the word might work if there was a random, but seriously there HAS TO BE A REPORT for the ban or any sort of punishment to actually happen!

It pains me that this sort of punishment is occurring when I saw in a lot of boards that people got banned for joking around with their friends, not with randoms, with their friends when they didn't even report each other. Why is Riot banning people when they didn't get reported and for them to be joking around with their friends.
